I’m not a High Vibe Coach.

I do love feeling genuinely inspired and happy, but you need a proven system that you can independently, immediately, and reliably eliminate what weighs you down and return back to improving in a matter of moments.

I’m not a Habits Coach.

Most often “habits” are associated with dread, misery, extremes, and forcing yourself. This is why you need a brain-based system that removes the negative associations and unfit habits that don’t resonate with you. I live a lifestyle that focuses and addresses first my brain health with positive, preventative, proactive, and purposeful rituals.
